Export and Delivery
Packing
All
products are carefully packed to avoid damage during transportation using packing materials and methods appropriate to each product.
Most non-bulk items are supplied strapped and/or
stretch wrapped on wooden pallets.
Contract Packing
All
products can be packaged in your packages. Minimum quantity required.
Shipment
Our products are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
Shipping
frequency depends on the destination port, but generally weekly shipments are available to most major ports in Asia, Europe and North America although certain routes may involve transhipment at intermediate ports.
Delivery - EXPORT
We aim to
ship within 2-4 weeks of confirmed order for most products. Actual delivery dates and shipment options are advised at time of order confirmation.
Delivery - LOCAL
We aim to
ship within 1-3 days of confirmed order for most products. Actual delivery dates and shipment options are advised at time of order confirmation.
Minimum order size - EXPORT
As we are manufacturer/ wholesale supplier, our minimum order size is normally 1 x 20' FCL but LCL shipment can usually be
arranged if required at slight additional cost. An additional consolidation charge may apply if more than two different products are packed in the same container.
Minimum order size - DOMESTIC
As we are a manufacturer/wholesale supplier, our minimum order size is normally 1 x pallet. Retail packages are available in lots of ten
only.
Samples
Small samples can be
provided for most
products and are usually sent by air parcel post. Larger samples are normally shipped by air freight although our standard policy is to request the recipient to initially pay for the total freight costs, but we will deduct these freight costs from any subsequent commercial order (subject to reasonable sample quantities).
Pricing - EXPORT
Our
prices are normally quoted on C&F main port basis in Australian dollars. Marine insurance can be arranged as required subject to a small additional premium.
Pricing - DOMESTIC
Our prices are normally quoted ex- plant, Croydon, Melbourne.
Payment Terms - EXPORT
Our
standard terms for payment of all export shipments is via irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight or by T/T prior to shipment.
Payment Terms - DOMESTIC
Our
standard terms for payment of all orders is COD. Accounts can be negotiated.
